Advisory is referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us” in this document. We will refer to the employee/member/participant as “you” or “your” in this document.

The name “Advisorly'' is used to represent 1096486 BC Ltd (Advisorly) and its affiliated companies including, but not limited to, “Elements Cremation, Pre-Planning, & Burial '' and “House Calls Health & Wellness''. By enrolling in Advisorly’s Benefits Enhancement Program, you agree to comply with the conditions and regulations below. Advisorly may revise the following conditions and regulations without consent, however, you will be given 30 days notice via email regarding the changes to our conditions and regulations.

Qualifications and Guidelines   

​

• Coverage is available only for Residents of Canada. 

• At any time, you may be refused coverage or have your coverage revoked at Advisorly’s discretion. 

• Advisorly reserves the right to confirm your employment.  

• You and your immediate family are bound by any and all rules including, but not limited to, these conditions and regulations in addition to our privacy policies and practices. 

• At the time when services are provided, Advisorly reserves the right to request a Canadian government-issued ID.

Coverage Effective Date

​

• The date of coverage becomes effective based on 

  • Your date of hire, and 

  • The date your application is received and accepted by us

​

Immediate Family

​

Subject to any age limitations, any of the following persons for whom coverage is provided under this Program:

• Spouse, and

  • Your legal spouse or a person who has been living with you in a common-law relationship for at least two full years and who is publicly represented as your spouse, as defined by the Family Law Act of BC.

• any child, stepchild, legally adopted child, or legal ward who is unmarried, living with you and accepted as your Dependent under the Income Tax Act.

Immediate Family Guidelines 

​

• Your immediate family must be Residents of Canada to be included in the Benefits Enhancement Program.

• You are responsible for declaring your immediate family members upon enrolment.

• Your immediate family may not be altered or changed, unless divorce or addition of children occurs. 

• Your children and/or grandchildren must be under 19 years of age to receive benefit coverage.

Premiums 

​

• Benefit coverage is by auto monthly premiums. The program is effective from the date of initial payment to its anniversary date the following month.

• If an employer fails to renew or update their method of payment within 30 days from the date expiration, coverage will be terminated. The employer is responsible for ensuring all personal and payment information is up to date. 

• When you are terminated, you and your immediate family will no longer be entitled to the benefits of the Advisorly Benefits Enhancement Program.

Discounts

​

F or the Benefits Program the discount is calculated as follows:

• You and your immediate family: On products and services at the time of use or those who purchase Pre-need, will receive 10% off the total cost of the products and services Advisorly offers, not including third-party expenses and taxes.

• Discounts cannot combine with any other offer.

The following are not Eligible Services and not approved for any discount: 

• Government Fees;

• Disbursements or expenses paid or payable by Advisorly to a third party (including any subcontractor required to provide services and/or when an Eligible Participant cannot be serviced by an Advisorly office); and

• Taxes

• No discounts or benefits will be applied to any sale for any person unless they are an employee of the enrolled company or an immediate family member of the employee.

Cancellations 

​

• Advisorly can cancel coverage during a pre-determined renewal period. Cancellations must be initiated by your employer.  

• Advisorly does not offer refunds on premiums for the Benefits Enhancement Program.

Payment

​

• Premium payments must be made by a valid method accepted by Advisorly.

• Advisorly is authorized to obtain you or your companies personal information regarding the method of payment and its issuer. 

​

Taxes

​

• In agreement with Provincial and Federal law, the applicable sales tax will be charged to all transactions. 

 

Other

​

• Advisorly reserves the right to increase prices and premiums. 

• Advisorly reserves the right to add or change the services that it offers.

• Advisorly may in the future enforce restrictions or make changes to its policy at any time. 

• Advisorly cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items of personal property. 

• Advisorly is authorized to obtain profit and reach terms on discounts or rebates with other organizations/companies.
